G 555 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Each player is permitted to hold one G 555 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
You are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information when registering your G 555 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and any other details requested during registration. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your G 555 account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. G 555 will never ask for your password via chat, email or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact G 555 support immediately at support@g555.cash.
G 555 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. This may include submission of a valid CNIC, proof of address and confirmation of payment method ownership. Accounts subject to verification review may have deposits, withdrawals and gameplay restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.
G 555 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported:
The minimum deposit amount at G 555 is Rs 200. There is no set maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though G 555 reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion for risk management purposes. Deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to the account holder or that are subsequently disputed will be investigated and may result in account suspension.
G 555 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside G 555's control. All deposit funds must be used for gaming on the G 555 platform and are not held in a segregated trust account.
Withdrawal requests at G 555 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no published maximum single withdrawal limit for standard accounts; players seeking to withdraw large sums may be asked to complete enhanced verification.
G 555 may delay or withhold a withdrawal if: (a) the account has not completed required KYC verification; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or bonus abuse; (c) the account is subject to an active security review; or (d) the withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements.
Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The receiving account must belong to the registered G 555 player and match the name on the G 555 account.
G 555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page as well as the general bonus conditions below.
All deposit bonuses and free bet awards carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30×, 40×) is stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering contribution percentages vary by game type — sports betting typically contributes 100% while certain casino game categories may contribute less. Check the specific promotion for exact contribution rates.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
G 555 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk, placing bets outside the eligible game categories during a bonus period, or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Identified abuse will result in bonus cancellation, voiding of associated winnings and potential account closure.
G 555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and credited to an account prior to the modification.
All sports bets placed on G 555 are subject to the following general rules in addition to sport-specific rules available within the betting section of the platform.
All casino and skill games available on G 555 — including Jackpot Slots, Card Games (Baccarat, Teen Patti, Blackjack, Rummy), Fishing Games and Ludo Games — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface.
Where a disconnection occurs during a game round, G 555's system will complete the round using the auto-play logic applicable to the game in question. The outcome of the completed round is final. G 555 is not liable for losses arising from disconnection events caused by your device, internet connection or local network conditions.
All digital game outcomes at G 555 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game's information panel. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios and results are determined by physical dealing in front of live cameras — not by RNG.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the G 555 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:
G 555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity is suspected; verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe; or the account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including deposits, winnings and bonus funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part at G 555's discretion, depending on the nature of the breach.
You may request closure of your G 555 account at any time by contacting support@g555.cash. Before closing your account, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided the account is in good standing and KYC is complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G 555's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
G 555 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue or data; (b) indirect, incidental or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure or force majeure events; or (d) any outcome resulting from your breach of these Terms.
The G 555 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While G 555 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime and game availability, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is made. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practical.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which G 555 operates. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the G 555 platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through G 555's internal dispute process by contacting support@g555.cash.
G 555 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, G 555 will co-operate with any applicable regulatory dispute resolution mechanism.
G 555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, G 555 will provide advance notice via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the G 555 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you must close your account before the change takes effect. Account closure requests submitted before the effective date of a material change will be processed on standard terms.
